1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service provide general information about your use of the Italy to Roam website, enquiries made through it, and any services agreed with 1000801776 Ontario Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and TICO Disclosure. Where you proceed with travel arrangements, your proposal, booking documentation and the applicable supplier terms will also apply.
2. Business Identity and TICO Relationship
Italy to Roam is a trade name of 1000801776 Ontario Inc.
Michelle Tissi is a TICO Certified Travel Consultant, Certification No. T1551460.
Travel services are arranged through Luv to Travel Inc., a TICO registered travel agency, TICO Registration No. 50026967. The applicable booking documentation and supplier terms will confirm the arrangements, payment process and conditions that apply to your booking.
3. Services and Scope
Italy to Roam provides destination event-planning support and, where agreed, travel-planning and travel-arrangement services for clients travelling to Italy and other destinations.
A single celebration or event may include both event-planning services and travel arrangements. These parts of your engagement may operate differently:
- Event-planning services may include consultation, destination and venue research, recommendations, coordination and introductions to independent professionals.
- Travel arrangements may include accommodation, transportation and other travel services. Italy to Roam arranges these through Luv to Travel Inc., a TICO-registered travel agency. Booking confirmations, invoices and payment information may therefore identify Luv to Travel Inc. and the relevant travel supplier.
The exact services included in your engagement, Michelle’s fees, travel costs, payment arrangements, and responsibilities will be confirmed separately in your proposal, written agreement, or booking documentation. Those documents will set out the terms that apply to your specific arrangements.
4. Travel Planning and Booking Arrangements
Where Italy to Roam provides travel-planning or travel-arrangement services, these services are arranged through Luv to Travel Inc., a TICO-registered travel agency.
Quotes, pricing, payment schedules, booking details, supplier conditions, and other travel information are provided through the applicable Luv to Travel booking process or portal and are not completed directly through this website.
Requests for information, quotes, itinerary ideas, or recommendations made through this website do not confirm a booking, price, availability, or travel arrangement.
Any confirmed travel arrangements are subject to the booking documentation and supplier terms provided through the applicable booking process.
5. Independent Providers
Italy to Roam may recommend or introduce independent venues, wedding planners, event professionals, travel suppliers, or other providers.
These providers operate outside the core service structure and may have their own contracts, terms, pricing, and payment requirements.
Where you choose to work with an independent provider, that provider remains responsible for the services it provides.

The information provided on the Italy to Roam website is intended as general information about the services offered, destinations, travel ideas, events, and related planning support.
Website content, including destination information, photographs, recommendations, and service descriptions, may change and is provided for general informational purposes only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any dispute relating to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law, will be addressed through the courts of Ontario.

Italy to Roam may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
Any change to an existing event-planning agreement or confirmed travel arrangement will be governed by the proposal, booking documentation and supplier terms that applied when the relevant services were confirmed, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
